3-STEP FRAMEWORK ANNOUNCED

The Prime Minister today announced a 3-Step Framework for getting the country back to work and towards normal life. It will remain for States to determine the detail on relaxing restrictions, but the National Cabinet - including State and Territory leaders - has agreed that this framework will form the basis of the process.

Premier Daniel Andrews has promised Victoria-specific announcements on the transition beginning Monday 11 May.

While this is more of a signpost than a timeline, it is encouraging that a clear direction is being mapped out.
